  • I will always provide a specific estimate, indicating the number of words or hours to be billed and at what rate, when payments are due, when I can deliver the end product, and what exactly that end product is (strictly translation, lay-out, editing, transciption, etc.).
  • I will always go out of my way to make sure that you are happy with my services.
  • I am a member of the American Translators Association and fully committed to the ATA's Code of Conduct.

  • My prices are well within industry standards and vary depending on the type of work to be done, the technical difficulty, the time-line, and whether I have worked with you before and am familiar with your language needs, business terminology or culture. If you are on a budget, I will offer suggestions on what might keep your cost down. 
  • Payment for services can be made by check, PayPal or Skrill, or online through this website.  Paying online protects your confidential information and readily lets you pay by credit or debit card.
  • Invoices are due upon receipt unless our contract says otherwise. For larger assignments, some up-front and/or interim payments will be required.
